Our plans are for property listing publication, promotion and contact-unlock services only. The Standard Plan (₹499) publishes your property for 180 days to buyer review. Buyer packages (₹199 / ₹549 / ₹899) unlock verified lister contact details for 1, 3 or 5 properties.
These payments are NOT for: Property purchase, booking amounts, token amounts, advance payments, brokerage, or any real estate transaction values. All property transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers.
All subscription charges paid are non-refundable.

What exactly am I paying for?
Sellers pay for property listing publication and promotion services — the Standard Plan (₹499) publishes your property for 180 days. Buyers pay to unlock verified lister contact details: ₹199 for 1 property, ₹549 for 3 properties, and ₹899 for 5 properties.
What do the buyer packages include?
Each buyer package lets you unlock the direct lister contact details of a fixed number of properties — 1 property for ₹199, 3 properties for ₹549, or 5 properties for ₹899. You then negotiate directly with the lister with zero brokerage.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan after purchasing?
Yes! Sellers can upgrade to Featured or Exclusive plans once they're available, and can list multiple properties by purchasing the Standard Plan for each property. Buyers can purchase an additional package at any time.
Are the subscription charges refundable?
No. The subscription charges paid are non-refundable. Once your listing is reviewed and published, or once lister contact details are unlocked, you immediately receive the service. If there's a technical issue preventing delivery, contact support for assistance.
What if I want to delist my property early?
You can delist anytime through your account. However, listing charges are non-refundable once published. Your listing remains live until the plan duration ends.
Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

Do I need to handle property payment through this website?
No. Our payment gateway accepts ONLY listing and contact-unlock service charges. Property sales, booking amounts, token amounts, and other transaction values are handled directly between buyer and seller. We're a listing platform only.
